What is Hue?
Hue is a community of 2,000+ everyday creators across the US and UK who try products from top brands and share honest reviews. We're on a mission to ensure everyone feels represented when they shop — no matter their skin tone, body type, age, or gender.
What kinds of content do Hue creators make?
Members create honest reviews in a range of formats — video, written, and photo — describing how a product actually worked for their unique preferences. Premium creators also produce paid testimonials, social content, and ad-style creative.
What does a Hue campaign look like, start to finish?
You're matched to a campaign based on your profile, receive the product free at your door, and get a simple creative brief. You record your honest review on your own device and submit it through the Hue portal — most reviews take under 15 minutes to film.
Do I have to pay for products or shipping fees?
No. Products are gifted and shipped to you at no cost — there are no product fees, shipping fees, or membership fees to be part of the Hue Community.
Who can join the Hue Community?
Anyone 18 or older with a shipping address in the US or UK can apply. There are no follower minimums — we prioritize authenticity over follower count, so everyday shoppers of all experience levels are welcome.
What are Hue's admission requirements?
You must be 18+, live in the US or UK, and complete your creator profile in full — including preferences and attributes brands use to match creators to campaigns. Thoughtful, complete profiles are accepted and matched to campaigns fastest.
What are Hue's three tiers?
Reviewers share text-only reviews of gifted products. Video Creators make authentic video reviews in exchange for product and earn points toward paid work. Premium Creators access our most exclusive brands, premium products, and paid campaigns.
What kinds of paid opportunities are available?
As you grow within the community you can unlock paid campaigns — including paid testimonials, social content, and ad-style creative — plus longer-term partnerships with brands looking for ongoing creator relationships.
How do I apply, and what happens next?
Apply through the Hue creator portal and complete your profile. Our team reviews applications on a rolling basis and reaches out by email when a campaign matches your profile. You can contact the Hue team any time through the Help Center.
